Ramona + Jack were so sweet from the very beginning! We loved Ramona’s spunky attitude and Jack’s soft demeanor. They were married in Richmond, VT at the West Monitor Barn. A pink, peachy palette of flowers from Nectar & Root along with natural fiber linens from Vermont Tent Company set the stage for their day. Their ceremony up on the hill gave way to a cocktail hour on the deck featuring a spread of local Vermont cheeses. The guests were welcomed into the dining room with champagne and sat to a local kale & arugula salad with buttermilk vinaigrette, spiced pecans and Bayley Hazen blue cheese. (This salad is a staple at our Farmhouse Tap & Grill location as well!) Ramona + Jack’s plated dinner service consisted of Adams Farm chicken that is slow roasted and rubbed with Chef Phillip’s spice blend, Vermont Heritage Grazer’s pork loin or sweet pea quinoa cakes.  They had the most lovely and unique sparkler toast and danced the night away to their favorite songs provided by Talena of Premier Entertainment & Events. A good time had by all.
